Waiver and Liability

The purchaser acknowledges that all chemical compounds, reference materials, and synthesized peptides supplied by Prime Core Dynamics are specialized research reagents intended solely for analytical evaluation. The purchaser explicitly understands that these materials may possess unknown toxicological, physical, or environmental hazards, and assumes full responsibility for safe handling, containment, and appropriate disposal in accordance with official Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS).

The purchaser certifies that all products purchased from Prime Core Dynamics will be utilized strictly for in vitro laboratory experimentation, scientific research, and analytical testing. Under no circumstances shall these materials be used for human or animal administration, diagnostic procedures, medical treatments, therapeutic applications, cosmetic formulation, or household and consumer use.

The purchaser agrees to strictly adhere to all applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations governing the acquisition, transport, possession, and utilization of chemical reagents. The purchaser assumes absolute legal and financial responsibility for ensuring that their laboratory facilities and research personnel hold the appropriate permits and credentials required to receive these compounds.

The purchaser hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Prime Core Dynamics, its parent entity, officers, affiliates, and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, injuries, or property damage arising directly or indirectly from the handling, storage, application, or misuse of any supplied compounds.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this waiver in full. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase from Prime Core Dynamics.
