Lot testing and certificates of analysis
Every production lot we distribute is sent to an independent laboratory for identity and purity testing before it is offered for sale. The resulting certificate of analysis is tied to the lot number printed on the vial and published in our public COA library, where it can be searched by product or lot number and opened as a PDF. Lots are documented as they are tested, so the library grows with the catalog, and a certificate stays available for as long as that lot is in circulation. US-based fulfillment
Orders are prepared and shipped from Lafayette, Louisiana. In-stock items ship within 24 hours of payment, a tracking number is emailed once the parcel is with the carrier, and an itemized packing slip accompanies every order. Vials are packed for transit and should be stored cool, dry and away from light on arrival. Wholesale and quote requests are handled from the same facility, with the same lot documentation on every line.
