Peptide Blends and Combinations
A blend is two or more peptides lyophilized together in one vial. The practical consequence is that the label figure is a total, and the split between components is a separate number that has to be stated explicitly rather than inferred.
Analytically a blend is harder to read than a single sequence. An HPLC trace shows several main peaks, and purity for the vial means something different from purity for one component. Check what the certificate is reporting against before comparing it to a single-peptide figure. The individual sequences in these vials are also stocked on their own under single-chain peptides.
