Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Prime Core Dynamics. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully, as they govern your access to and use of the Prime Core Dynamics website, catalog, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately refrain from using our Services.

2. Strict Laboratory Research Use Only (RUO)

All products, chemical compounds, and reagents offered by Prime Core Dynamics are intended strictly for in vitrolaboratory, analytical, and scientific research purposes only.

You represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher, institutional buyer, or scientific professional with the appropriate equipment, knowledge, and safety protocols to handle laboratory compounds safely.


3. Compliance and Account Termination

Prime Core Dynamics strictly adheres to federal and state statutory requirements. Under the Objective Intent Doctrine (21 CFR 201.128), we do not sell products to individuals who intend to use them outside of a strict laboratory research framework.

Prime Core Dynamics reserves the absolute right to refuse service, cancel orders, and permanently ban any customer or account if we suspect or determine that a product is being purchased for:


  • Personal use, human consumption, or animal testing.
  • Reconstitution with sterile vehicles for human administration.
  • Resale as a therapeutic, compounding ingredient, or dietary supplement.

Any communication sent to Prime Core Dynamics mentioning dosing, human efficacy, administration methods, or clinical applications will result in immediate order cancellation and account termination without exception.


4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access our Services or purchase research products. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.


5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, product names, and materials on our Services are the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Core Dynamics and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.


6. Orders and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, business, and account information for all transactions made through our Services. You agree to promptly update your account and payment details (including email address and billing details) so we can process your requests and communicate regarding your order.


7. Order Acceptance & Right of Cancellation

Prime Core Dynamics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:


  • Suspected non-compliance with our Research Use Only policy.
  • Suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or policy violations.
  • Inaccuracies in pricing, inventory errors, or regulatory restrictions.

If an order is canceled after payment processing, a refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our administrative policies.


8. Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to safety, lot-traceability, and legal regulatory controls surrounding chemical compounds, all sales are final.

  • Prime Core Dynamics does not accept returns, exchange chemical compounds, or issue refunds once an order has been processed and dispatched.
  • Order cancellations are not permitted once fulfillment has commenced.


9. Delivery & Shipping Risk

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer entirely to the customer.


  • Prime Core Dynamics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages following confirmed carrier delivery (including items stolen from porches, mailrooms, or delivery lockers).
  • Replacements or refunds will not be issued for carrier-confirmed delivered items.


10. Shipping Damage & Fulfillment Errors

In the event of a verified fulfillment error by Prime Core Dynamics (e.g., incorrect item sent) or transit damage occurring prior to carrier-confirmed delivery:


  • You must notify Prime Core Dynamics in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Claims submitted after this 7-day window will be denied.

Required Documentation: All claims must include complete verifiable proof, including:


  1. An unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
  2. Clear photos of the outer shipping box and shipping label.
  3. Photos of all enclosed contents and the included packing slip.

Eligible claims verified by Prime Core Dynamics will be resolved via item replacement at our sole discretion. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.


11. Chargeback Policy

Any credit card chargeback filed for an order marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, or filed to circumvent our Refund and RUO policies, will be disputed using shipping logs, carrier GPS delivery verification, and these signed Terms. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently barred from future purchases.


12. Electronic Communications Consent

By placing an order or creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from Prime Core Dynamics, including transactional notices, operational updates, and support responses.

If you opt-in to marketing emails or SMS messages, message frequency may vary, and standard data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" or replying "STOP." Transactional notifications related to active orders will continue as permitted by law.


13. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PRIME CORE DYNAMICS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THERAPEUTIC EFFICACY, SAFETY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR NON-RESEARCH PURPOSE.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Core Dynamics, its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the handling, misuse, storage, or application of any chemical compound or service provided.


14. Modifications to Terms

Prime Core Dynamics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
