Frequently asked questions
Answers on testing, ordering, shipping, and how we operate as a research chemical supplier.
Products and Testing
What does "research use only" mean?
It means these materials are supplied for in-vitro and laboratory research exclusively. They are not manufactured, tested, or approved for human or veterinary consumption, and they are not intended for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with applicable laws and institutional policies.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory before it is released. Test results are documented on a certificate of analysis specific to that lot.
What is a certificate of analysis?
A certificate of analysis, or COA, is a document from the testing laboratory recording what was tested and what was found. Ours report identity and purity for the specific lot, along with the testing date and method. A COA applies to one lot, not to a product line in general.
How do I find the COA for what I ordered?
COAs are available on each product page under "View COA," and every lot on file is listed in our certificate of analysis library. If a certificate for your lot is not posted yet, contact us with your order number and we will send it.
What does 99% purity mean?
It refers to the proportion of the material identified as the target compound by the testing method used, typically high-performance liquid chromatography. The exact figure and method for any given lot are recorded on that lot's certificate of analysis.
What is lyophilized powder?
Lyophilization is freeze-drying: water is removed under vacuum at low temperature, leaving a dry solid. It is a standard method for stabilizing peptides for storage and transport, since dry material is generally more stable than material in solution.
What does the lot number on my order mean?
Each production batch is assigned a lot number, which appears on your documentation and links to the certificate of analysis for that specific batch. It is how a given vial is traced back to its test results.
Ordering and Payment
Do I need an account to order?
You can browse the full catalog without an account. An account is required at checkout so your order history, invoices, and lot documentation stay in one place.
Who is eligible to purchase?
Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and must be acquiring materials for legitimate research or resale purposes rather than as a retail consumer. You confirm both at account creation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash App and Zelle. PayPal and card payments are coming soon. Payment details are included with your order confirmation, and we mark orders paid manually once payment is received.
Why don't you take credit cards yet?
Card processing for research chemical suppliers involves additional underwriting. We are working through it. In the meantime the payment methods above are available and payment instructions arrive with every order.
Can I order larger quantities?
Yes. Contact us with the products and quantities you need and we will get back to you.
Shipping
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders are prepared and shipped from the United States. You receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States. For inquiries about shipping elsewhere, contact us and we will tell you what is possible.
How is my order packaged?
Orders ship in discreet outer packaging with no indication of the contents on the exterior. Materials are packed to protect them in transit.
Policies and Compliance
Do you provide dosing information or usage instructions?
No. We are a research chemical supplier, not a pharmacy or a clinical provider. We do not supply dosing guidance, administration instructions, preparation protocols, or advice on application, and our support team cannot answer questions of that nature.
Are you a compounding pharmacy?
No. Prime Core Dynamics is a chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and we are not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B.
How should these materials be stored?
Lyophilized material is generally stored cold and away from light and moisture. Specific handling and storage conditions are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory. We do not provide protocols for preparation or use.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of these materials, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If something arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within a reasonable period and we will resolve it. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
