Store at controlled room temperature, 68 to 77°F (20 to 25°C), away from light. Do not refrigerate and do not freeze. This product is not lyophilized and cold storage is not appropriate for it.
Ships within 24 hours. Ships from Lafayette, Louisiana, by FedEx 2-Day, with a transit time of 2 business days. Orders ship within the United States only.
FedEx 2-Day is $12.50, and free on subtotals of $200 or more after discounts. Overnight is available by quote at checkout.
A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is with the carrier. Report any damaged, incorrect or missing item in writing within 7 calendar days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date.
How payment works
After you place your order, you receive an email invoice with your itemized total, including shipping and any applicable tax. Pay with Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and PayPal using the buttons in that email or on your order page.
Please include your order number in the payment note or memo so the payment can be matched to your order.
An order is accepted once its payment has been received and matched. Unpaid orders are held for the period shown on your order page and in your order emails, then cancelled automatically at no charge.

All sales are final once payment has been received. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Before payment, an unpaid order can be cancelled at no charge, and it is cancelled automatically if payment does not arrive within the hold period shown on your order page.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, report it in writing within 7 calendar days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date, with an unboxing video and photos of the packaging, the contents and the packing slip. A verified fulfillment error is resolved with a replacement, at our discretion.
